Guy Pearson

Guy Pearson, our Managing Director, is a sales and marketing professional with twenty-seven years front line experience gained across many sectors and levels including board level in major corporates.

Guy began his career as a telephone sales marketer working in a room on his own with a single phone and no computer. He rose over the next eight years to be Regional Director South in charge of all sales for Marley Eternit. Quite a journey!

Construction and manufacturing

Construction has been the nucleus of Guy’s career, working with Developers, Architects, Designers, National Housebuilders, Housing Associations, ALMO’s, Local Authorities, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Fit-Out Contractors, Quantity Surveyors and Consultants.

Guy is also highly experienced in the manufacturing sector and has led technical and commercial teams to success. For example working for Marley plc. he led and won the race to increase market share for the business against localised competition in the key southern market. Premium product sales increased by 21% over three years.

Value added sales solutions

Over the last eight years, running Pearson Business Solutions, he has worked in UK Experiences, Events, Gifts, High Street Vouchers, Power Management, Hospitality and Fine-Dining, Internet Marketing, Healthcare and New Start-Up Businesses.
